Looks like I need no longer worry about my account getting banned because of my Appeals because the last one from over a year ago just returned accepted. Phew.
Still heavily disagree with Niantic’s approach, but at least my account is safe now.

Well I had a strange thing happen recently, a mural near my house that was a pokestop got removed for a year and a half and now it’s back

This was either the right move or the absolute worst thing they could’ve done. Time will tell I guess.

Rather than improving their way functioning, they are punishing the one who are taking the benefits of their flaws…
Since we do anything because of routine-based approach, therefore any person who is suspended for 90 days might never return to the game again, let alone the case of 10 years…
What will happen if all the level-2 mails are given to those players who invest real money in game ?
Already Niantic is losing profit here and there, and doing this might result in loss of core players, which will ultimately result in huge loss in Niantic’s profit. And then I don’t think the game will be in the state of providing 10 years ban.
I tried Wayfarer twice in the past, nothing favorable outcome was there for me, hence I don’t bother to use their services anymore, I will continue to play with my woes and slow progress rate.

I have something in mind but not sure if it is the same thing, so please explain further to be sure.
I do nominate some POIs and have help players in rural provinces to have some Pokestops and Gyms for their remaining active players so I might have the basic ideas there, I do “thumbs up” my submissions pic to be able for it to become the one to be upgraded to Gyms so if that it what “upvoting” is all about, then I might be able to do the task to assist you.
Yeah people, in my years of doing the nomination thing, I have a few grievances to Niantic for there unhelpful policies too. I only want to help those remaining active players in far flung areas here in the Philippines but I do too was been temporary banned for those, both 7days and 30days since I had accidentally forgotten that I let other real life friends use my account in their location for them to be able to nominate since they still have low level PoGO accounts due to “No Pokestop” in their immediate areas, and then I mistakenly logged my account in my phone which is in another location so Niantic filters somewhat detected those and consider it a fault as according to their TOS. So that is a price that I had paid but it was acceptable for me, at least I have done something for the other players, to help them have some Pokestop and Gyms and make them stay in the game.

Okay, so basically you need to go to my trainer profile (Jormdeworm), and click on the Gift I sent. Don’t open it yet.
If I’m not mistaken, you should see this one:
Now click on the Gift’s picture:
This will get you to the following page:
From there on, you need to click on “3 PHOTOS”, bottom right.
As expected, you’ll then get the three photos I uploaded. If you click on the top left, you’ll get the chance to ‘upvote’ it. If you then scroll to the left, the middle one will show up, and also needs an upvote. Then another scroll to the left will show the third picture, which also needs an upvote.
That’s it. After that, you can leave the page. And hey, don’t forget to save it as a postcard for a possible Scatterbug encounter for you! You can now also open the Gift if you want.
