At this moment I have no remaining Gifts but I should be able to collect some tomorrow, some on Tuesday and some on Wednesday so I’ll send them in as soon as I get them.

Thanks for voicing your concerns.
I assure you that the punishments are handed out after proper investigation by our team. We do not hand out punishments for auto-rejections by the system or for nominations that fall in the grey area. While our team may remove some Wayspots, they do not always trigger punishments. Posts on social media do not always paint the complete picture and thus may be misleading.
We hand out punishments for clear violations of our policies that may include repeated low quality submissions, fake submissions, influencing reviewers, harassing others, participating in voting rings etc.
If someone does not indulge in these practices, there is nothing to worry.
I hope this clears the air and addresses the confusion.

How will the genuine player know that the submissions which he is making is of low quality?

I had submitted a Bus Stop back in 2022 which was my first and the last submission, which was rejected because the “reviwers” told that the bus stop not exists. But the fact is that there are numerous Pokestops and Gyms here which are Bus stop.
Instead of addressing the reviewers, they are taking action against the player who is submitting. Reviewers can easily violate their power and unnecessarily reject the good nominations.
This will be common in remote areas, where Pokestops are scarce. Therefore local high level trainers will be tempted to nominate those submissions which are accessible to them and their community, rather than those which are of importance to the submitter. And I highly believe that this might be the reason behind the rejection of my submission.

If I remember well, I have prepared once a nomination, but after I never put it online.
On the other hand I have participated in Wayfarer, but there I never had influence “what” stop I had to valuate, they all came up by random.
Something more different is thumb up we can give in fotos of an existing stop, so it can change in Gym. There we can choose when and where to vote.

Sorry @HLAJR things in life got a bit chaotic around the time I offed to help so never got around to helping out.
I did 10 nominations over the weekend and down loaded them Monday Lunch time.
I had 1 accepted inside an hour.
4 others were accepted in just short of two hours.
The other 5 are went into the queue and are all in voting.
2 of the accepted went into the game the next day.
The 4 others accepted have not appeared in the game yet which is strange as they are all in eligible cells.
Update:
The other 4 went live today. This is outside the 48hr time they suggest.
The above were my fist noms since March last year. I haven’t done reviews in that time either.
Must say I like the changes to the review system since the 5 stars days.
