Another nomination from September 10th came through while there are still three in voting from the 15th of August. I’m pretty sure they’re just stuck in voting. However the nomination from September 10th actually got accepted after way too long so at least that’s awesome. I also had to write a full page as to why it was eligible this time so they’d have no reason to reject it at all. It seems the best tactic is probably to tackle every single possible rejection reason and then they are forced to accept it.
Looks like I already said they were stuck in voting 18 days ago.
It’s actually this one that got accepted just now. I’m still not sure why it got rejected for fake nomination at first and I’m also not sure how I can contact Niantic about that but at least it finally got accepted.

I was previously doing my noms on an old Samsung which was not giving me the upload later option at the final stage.
That acct is now on a iPhone 8 and it has the upload later option. This will be a game changer for me as I travel out into regional areas playing/nominating where ph signals are on the edge of the game dropping out and not strong enough for the upload of info.

Another random “fake nomination” rejection criteria spammed on one my submissions. It’s unacceptable. This is now the fourth time they’ve done that so the chances of my account getting suspended are increasing steadily. I guess there’s nothing I can do either as Niantic doesn’t check the appeals at all. Only thing I can do is their helpdesk now but that’s probably not going to get anywhere either.
At least if I lose my Pokémon GO account then at least I don’t have to care for the game anymore.

From the Point of View of Niantic I could understand that a user with frecuent “fake nomination” rejections could be blocked in using Wayfarer. But that this could block your player account is something without any logic. Really this rules take a form which escape my understandings.

From what I’ve been reading all linked accounts could be blocked. Still though, I’m being reportspammed, so it’s as upsetting even if it’s just may Wayfarer account. I’ve had 4 fake nomination reports now and three of them became stops later on. This is clearly abuse and that’s not from my part.
Edit: apparently two of them were reported for abuse and two of them were reported for fakes. I thought there were three fakes but I cannot seem to figure out which was the third. Doesn’t matter though, it’s still 4 unfair reports against my account.

If I do get banned because of the fake nomination spams they’ll for sure lose an active Wayfarer. I’m one of the few to actually actively place stops even if they’re not needed. Without me Niantic Campfire will look a lot less crowded.
Since August 31st I probably created about 4 more stops, especially since a bunch of my nominations are stuck in voting for some reason it’s not going too quickly.

This Wayfarersystem needs a complete revision. Maybe a good change would be, if this users which gives valuations completely different to all others would be punished.
Only for my table: this gives you 74 points in the Wayfarer badge?
I think the Wayfarer badge counts the amount of agreements which I don’t have too many. The 74 is the amount of stops I’ve managed to create.
Finally, one of my appeals reached the voting phase.

How long did it take?
It took “only” 6 months. 
That’s just absurd. It’s likely easier to renominate than appeal. In fact most of my appeals have already been stops for a while now. They should let you withdraw appeals.
