Galarian Zapdos spawned today, outcome wasn’t unexpected but the spawn in itself was a welcome surprise.
Really a surprise. Not only that they are nearly uncatchable, but on top their appearance is too rare.
While I was on holiday I set off the daily nonsense while riding the Kat Ferry from Sydney Harbor to where I left the car.
Caught 26 and had one run. All rubbish of course.
What I found interesting was the speed the Kat was travelling at to make the many spawn.
No way could I achieve the same walking which makes the name daily nonsense fit.
I see they will introduced a Masterball as of May 21.
This might actually give me some incentive to partake using a daily nonsense not that I’ll see a bird anyway. Only seen 1 ever on day one.
Around 20 times used since for 0 encounters so hardly anything to get excited about still.
And Masterball is guaranteed catch? Because I had at least 10 chances to catch the birds, but only the last has stayed with me.

Why I am having the odd feeling that Niantic will lock the Master Ball behind the paywall later ?
Because in MSG as well, we are provided with only 1 Master Ball for catching the cover legendary.
I am not considering the GBAs where one can use cheats to have infinite master balls

I think I will keep it for Arceus, but that too will be locked behind the money-wall 
How do you people catch so many!? The most i have caught in one incense EVER was 5, every single one ran away!
Ive encountered articuno 3 times, zapdos 3 times, and moltres 5 times but never had the pleasure of adding one to my team, which im not surprised about but still
One zapdos in particular was annoying, weather boosted 2751 CP-ish, i hit excellent throw 9 times with ultra ball and GR before it fled 
I have the fortune that my country is extemely flat and it’s easy to find a spot I can walk a straight line in. Never had any connection issues in my own country. I guess that helps a lot too. Weather is an issue though, it’s either raining or way too hot outside.
And still, I don’t bother using this feature most of the time 
And if I do, only catch the interesting spawns…
I’ll take back the Master Ball might be an incentive to use the daily nonsense in hope of a Bird.
The IV’s are trash making them unusable anyway. I’ll keep the Master Ball for a known 100% desirable Legendary from a Raid.
So… I’m in France and it’s even more rural than back home and there’s nowhere much good to use your daily incense.
Well… I put the cat’s on while driving and leave it up to the Gotcha! to grab anything it can… and would you believe it? Boom!!
Never seen anything so ridiculous… red ball, non-curve throw, single chance! Lucky lucky lucky cat

Congrats, I think? Yes getting it on the minimum throw makes a mockery of every one that tries to catch one manually.
I set the nonsense off when I walk my Route on all the accts and let the GoPlus/Gotcha get whatever which is not a hell of a lot. The bust out rates seem to be higher on the nonsense when doing it manually which just wastes time.
I’ve never and still don’t like the nonsense so don’t care what or more so it doesn’t get.
