After analyzing a bit, I think the problem of the last catch is the following:
the program counts in the moment of catching, not in the moment of tapping.
So, if the incense finish before you catch it, that Pokémon will not appear in the list, you have to see the clock when the catch-screens finish.
Today’s Daily Wincense. Rip the Flygon though. Gone after the first throw. Another Caterpie ran, too.
I think that is correct.
I totally lost interest in this after three days. The spawns are too sparse and short-lived, and the reward is too weak to be worth the bother.
Besides, this is all part of Niantic’s decision to rescind the stationary-incense feature, and since I still resent that decision, this “feature” is simply off-putting to me.
I feel like the good spawns are increased now but I also feel like the Legendary Bird encounters are decreased even more.
So far I’ve only had one Bird encounter from the Daily Nonsense and it fled because of a poor internet connection which made it even worse.
I just noticed this is the first time it shows the distance walked. That’s interesting.
Since the beginning of this nonsense I had three encounters with Moltres, two run away on the first ball, (excellent, curve, ar+ and goldberry), the last not even let me take it (tapping, tapping, but the focus don’t get it).
I really think Niantic don’t want we got them
I can hardly do the Daily Incense here and cannot be bothered either. Yesterday I caught five and today 8. Yesterday I did have more spawns though, but the 100 Zigzagoon catches cost me too many balls so I decided to not catch anything uninteresting. Today I just wasn’t bothered to continue.
I didn’t catch that many Pokemon because I ran out of Poke and Great balls, Poke stops didn’t give me enough and I didn’t want to use Ultra balls on bad spawns from daily incense.
