Most probably the consecutive block is removed, as you can see in the GBL topic that I had made 4 replies in a row without getting Obstructed by Forum’s Obstagoon !!
Great! I’ll deal with the rest asap.
Teams are now available! Enjoy!
I am liking the upgrade and am grateful for the work done to achieve it. Many thanks and a tip of the hat, @apavlinovic ! Thank you, too, @Jormdeworm , for helping to instigate the improvements.
Just to add a data point, notifications tab still flooded on mine, too.
Yeah I’ve been working on fixing it but didn’t let me, at least yet. Perhaps I’ve been missing something, but I’ll have @apavlinovic check it as well.
I will investigate the size limit for pictures first.
And we’re back!
Sorry for the websites being down for two hours. We were experimenting with improving the forum and have accidentally broke it. Antonio has fixed it again!
In the meanwhile, the following improvements have been made:
- Maximum file size limit has been upped and should no longer be an issue.
- Notification tab should no longer flood.
That’s it & enjoy!
One thing… I choose a thread from above as new, I read it and after I click in my avatar on the top right, and the same thread still appears as unread.
Ah, but on the other side, the flooding of the list has finished
Better late than never.
To me it seems that it is taking too long time to load the forum w.r.t. time before forum update; earlier Forum was loading in 3-4 seconds only even in poor internet speed, but now it is taking well over 30 seconds despite having good internet speed…
Edit: Page loading is comparatively faster on Mobile, so it this issue has something to do with UBlock Origin and Decentraleyes ?
And second thing is :
Why there are separate entries for same PC under different session ? Isn’t all of them should be same since I am using this PC only to visit the forum ?
I got the no more than 3 consecutive posts warning in the Routes thread this morning.
Hm. Doesn’t seem to be an option I can turn off so I’ll have @apavlinovic run through the code again next time the forum needs an update. Should be something about it there.
That’s odd. It doesn’t take long to load here. At all.
Which topic?
GO Fest 2023. I wanted to post about Day 2.
I will ask our technical engineer to get rid of it soon, there should be a way to turn it off through the forum’s code
That should be the last issue the forum’s facing.
