The current raids are so good I’m thinking I might just not claim this week’s remote raid pass at all.

That was only the beginning. The longer I play the more friends there are replaced by blacked out silloettes followed by pokemon both caught and wild until the game crashed. When I turn it on again on my old phone it acts normal until the cycle repeats itself.
That’s really weird, seems like a comunication error. Maybe on the next actualizaton of the game would be an idea to desinstall before. Not shure if it helps, but damage it will not make.
When I scroll the friend list, all show up as GRAY silhouettes until the icon of their face loads, like this:
I don’t think I’ve had anything show as a BLACK silhouette, though (other than the sprites for “nearby” mons that my trainer has never encountered).
I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled many times on my old phone. It continues to get worse. It’s why I got a new phone. I still use my old one when I need a second phone.
My old phone keeps coming up with nightmare material. Everything runs smoothly on the new phone. No damage to either file.

Maybe… an older Android/OS version and new functions in the game processing the images?
But it’s just a far shoot, for not to say your old phone is ""posessed.
I better stop catching pokemon with cp of 666. It started doing that after making the mistake of catching one on my old phone.
I’ve been avoiding pokemon with those numbers since. Even left the game for a while because I was running into so many 666s.
