My Hulk is shiny Machamp. And it’s still quite raid relevant, so I wouldn’t mind another Machop CD (or even an annual one).

My one goal from the 2 days was to get 3x 100% Rowlett and 2x Litten. Any other 100% were just going to bonuses.
Played from 1pm to 3:30pm before calling it a day on the Saturday and 1:30 to 3pm Sunday.
Saturday was a lot more productive than Sunday. The Go Plus missed 2x 100% and a 0% over the 2 Days.
Got my 100%’s and some random Shinies.
Would like to have played longer but family life got on the way.
Played at least one hour on both days. 0 shinies. Oh well

Played a couple hours each day, getting a few more shinies. What fascinated me the most was to see, repeatedly, things start to spawn, but before they hit the ground, changing into one or other of the featured mons. I think most often I watched Cyndaquils become Beldum or Ponyta in mid-spawn. (I’m not used to seeing that behavior any time other than at the end of spotlight hour or CD, when the feature mons on the screen all change into random others at the same time.)
Suddenly seven of the mons on my screen switched to Porygon at the same time. Creepy.
And the black and white challenges for holiday part 2 have found only one or two of the target mons, even walking around the whole time with incense.
I found that only happened on the hour the first day and at 2pm the second.
I chased a 100% Rowlett that change to a 100% Bagon on the Map.
2 accounts had Rowletts on the screen and another had Bagons.
Restarted game and refreshed map and everything was Rowlett.

Every xx.50 to xx.00 the featured Pokémon from the Classic Community Days appeared more yes.
There was a big storm in my area, so I couldn’t play much. Right when the event started I had a bit without rain, so I took my best chances there.
I was getting a little bit worried, because the sky was getting progressively darker and, over 25/30 minutes in, I still hadn’t spotted a shiny. I was also short on normal pokeballs and great balls and pinap berries, with only 1 pokestop in the area, so it wasn’t looking great. Fortunately my luck turned around and I caught 2 shinies within 5 minutes of each other and called it a day then… just in time for a big thunder and me running home. I am not getting hit by lightning over a digital cat, however cute it is!
At home I took advantage of the photo bomb and managed 1 more that way and also the best sprigatito out of community day.
So, all in all, I’m happy I got:
→ 4 shinies (1 of them actually having very good stats), so the family is complete!
→ This pretty boy that will go on to become a best buddy one day…:
I already had 1 Floragato waiting to have enough candy to evolve into Meowscarada, so in the end I managed to get 2 Meowscaradas with great values + special attack.
I wish the weather had been nicer, but I completed my goals for today!

Very good for me, Hundos in male and female, a lot of shinies, and at least enough candies to push one of them to level 40.
But: in a very short time I’ve made about 500 normal candies, but only 20 candies XL

Didn’t play this one.
I love Sprigatito, so I was very happy when Niantic announced this CD. I bought the special research although it was more expensive to see what changes they made. I don’t like that there’s no professor Willow talking about the CD Pokemon, I liked reading that. The tasks and rewards are ok, but could have been better since the price was raised. Shiny rate was great, I got 10 shiny Sprigatito and even 1 shiny Lillipup after the first part of the CD. I used incense, star pieces and a lure module. I mega evolved Sceptile, took 5 snapshots, won 1 showcase, did 1 Palkia raid. I was lucky to find a hundo Sprigatito from incense! 
I evolved 9 Meowscarada with Frenzy Plant and got 1 from the special research. I managed to get 8 Sprigatito with special background. In the end I finally got shiny Huntail from a special trade with my alt account (I just couldn’t get it on my main, I kept getting Gorebyss whenever I evolved shiny Clamperl). This Sprigatito CD was amazing and I’m very happy with the results.

I only needed 1x Green Cat to complete the 100% family. I had 2hrs 30min available that I intended to play. Got 3 100% of larger CP than the 2 I already had in the first hr then got a txt from the ex that killed the mood for playing. Did some shopping with little Miss Kanga while letting the GoPlus collect whatever to see the time out.
Ended up finding 9 Shinnies.

Bit of a bummer, but can’t do anything about it. Maybe next December community day roundup will be better for me with the shinies

I managed to play for a lot longer than with Sprigatito, but still came out with only 5 shinies in total and none from researches, only in the wild, so the stats are all very low (collecting them takes precedent so I don’t mind that much here).
Still, that means I get to have the complete family, which is what I was after + capturing enough Ralts to secure some evolutions, one of them being Gallade, as it would be a new register for me.
And I really like Gallade’s shiny, I love that blue, so I’m really happy I got one!
I have one other ralts that I want to evolve into another Gardevoir, but I’m still waiting to catch all the ralts from that extra research. I don’t want to spend candies evolving something when I could potentially have something better coming (apart from 1 or 2 all the ralts I caught in the wild were very average or below, I hardly got any pokemon out of research, mostly mega energy and pokeballs and that anoying “Battle in a raid higher than…” - I don’t remember how it went, but I always let it go and got so many like that + scanning).
I already had a very good ralts - prior to the event - that I was thinking of turning into a gallade (not shiny), but I am going to have to see if I have enough candy to do it all.
What I didn’t like about this community day:
No stickers! 
I really like collecting them and I appreciate it when there are special stickers for a specific event, like a community day. We had them for sprigatito, so I’m not sure if they forgot about it or it’s something they will no longer be doing… It’s a shame if that’s the case (for people that care about it, of course).
Also, has professor Willow returned this time around? He’d been missing, too, right?

Some big CP 100% would have been handy additions more so for the other accts.
Made a boo boo with this CD.
Thought I had the 2x 100% of each one and didn’t check so never bothered to plan my day around using the Mapping service. Instead drove around doing errands letting the GoPlus catch whatever.
Now I’ve gone back and checked what it got I’ve discovered I actually needed another 100% Shelmut doh doh doh.
69 Karra with 1x Shiny.
97 Shelmut with 5 Shiny.
No surprise 100%
