It appears that Feebas is quite rare, Havenāt seen him on any scanners yet
Yeah, even 100% reporters cant seem to find lv 21+, so they have to eeport low levels

To all of you Australian/New Zealanderās apparently Relicanth is your new Regional. So far heās only been caught there, so itās safe to assume that he (and maybe Luvdisc) Are reginals
Is it shameful that the only gen 3 evolutions I have are Mightyena, Linoone, and Nuzleaf?
Note: it appears that Relicanth has an Unown rarity, and a regional at the same time. Going to be nearly impossible to catch one

Also @JoshHack Im currentl camping at a Relicanth for 2 hours, and can also confirm that Luvdisk is a regular Pokemon (either that or Europe regional)
