This could work really well. In case you didn’t know draconius Gos spawns are equal no matter where you are. I think that they should add equal spawns worldwide but never remove spawns. This way the spawns problem in rural areas could be improved.
I don’t see niantic ever getting rid of their current algorithm in favour of something like that, but they most likely will tweak it to make it more equal.
I would hope they would keep all the current spawns but add new ones based on coordinates. This way rural players have spawns but it doesn’t devalue parks and areas of interest.
