Just hatched a 100 iv Eevee

Talking about hatched Pokemon, since 7km eggs now have probability of hatching baby (possibly shiny) Pokemon and Alolan Pokemon, is the probability of hatching baby HIGHER THAN Alolan in 7km eggs??
