I guess I might be the only remaining from Philippines here in this forum I found two in the regional category but it seems they are not active here anymore.

Most players that are active here in our country uses Facebook Messenger as comm as it is FREE to Use via mobile data. Die Hard Ingress players uses Telegram on their comm.
