Smeargle only appears in the very first photo of any shoot, so it’s encouraged to change up your Pokemon to try.

there is no use in tapping the photo button over and over, take 1 photo leave and take another

All you have to do is look at the bottom right corner of the screen when you take a pic it will double flash when he pops up
