Am I the only person that feels like ice beam Mewtwo isn’t that good? (Because ice types are only really used against dragon types, and Mewtwo is probably gonna get OHKO against Outrage or Draco Meteor)
As opposed to Dragon types with less attack that also get OHKOed? Mewtwo can live a hit and dish it out twice as hard against Rayquaza
Still, Mewtwo has more important roles in teams.
