Mythical Pokemon like Mew, Celebi and Jirachi are really rare on the video games, only being obtainable from special events. They are prized and powerful Pokemon that are highly valued and rare. But how do you think Niantic will release them? And when?

I thought I had heard rumours about Celebi only being attracted via lures/incense , but that’s all I I would venture a guess on. The other two. maybe some sort of EX pass system.
That sounds about right with an ex raid pass, but honestly, I hate that system. Maybe with that quests code they added in they could do a quest with a Mythical reward. Maybe something for Pokemon go 2 year anniversary?
I kind of forgot about the quests. Good point. I don’t know how time limited they would be, but something for 2 years would be a good idea as well. I just don’t have much in the way of contacts with Niantic, so any ideas I may have, or game design suggestions are just at the fan level (even though I have author credits on a Prima guide).
Sadly they removed quests from the code
So that it isnt entirely spoiled before released, it will definetly come
