I only get Pidgeys or something like that from weather, nothing interesting.
Got a few dragonites and golems
My most exciting weather catch recently was a jumpluff…jumpluff sucks, but it was weather boosted plus currently 3x dust and I had a star piece on, so it ended up being like 2300 dust just on one catch
