Hello, im pretty new to “play” pokemon, ive had it for a long time, but only been catching them.

So ive never used fast/charged TM, should i use it on drago?

Don’t use any TM on it. I’ll trade you an Eevee for it, though! (Never mind the pathetic IV and CP – it’s SHINY!!)
