Atm, but don’t forget the swords of justice are all fighting types. Witch will be a massive edge for lugia. Especially virision who’s grass fighting type with hate sky attack

There are better psychic and flying types
Especially by Gen 5, and Chandelure can burn down Virizion without a problem as well (gigantic attack + great resistances, to make him not die immediately)
