There’s no way to see them without this incense…

I am using that odd incense for around 10 days continuously, but still I hadn’t seen any rare and interesting Pokemon because of it. This incense is spawning only seasonal Pokemon.
Whereas without using anything I am finding these big Pokemons, and they all are rare !

That’s the main reason I stopped using it whenever I didn’t necessarily plan to go for a walk like a month after it came out already. If I’m out there anyway, I usually turn it on but I don’t get out for fifteen minutes just for that thing anymore because the spawns are pretty much the same as what I see outside anyway.

Completely agree with you.
I also don’t use this incense, even if I am walking. But since last few days, I thought to give it a shot again, but it again proved me what it deserved.
According to me, it’s best use is the time before starting of Community Day. Activate the incense, earn 30 Pokeballs, close the game, and then enjoy Community Day !

Lots of rare Pokemon spawned yesterday :
And I was about to close the game, but needed 30 Pokeballs, so used the odd incense and played in GBL for few minutes, and when I came back on map, this was waiting for me :
