New school definitely has upped their spawns. Although some of my friends still on my previous school reported a wild salamencr there today O.O

What’s going on? It’s not even windy in the game. I don’t remember ever seeing Salamence in the wild except at an event.

Dunno?!? I’ve never encountered even a single one before, let alone two in just over an hour…
… was it just a very unlikely coincidence or did anyone else get one? 
some of my friends of my previous school had one spawn at said school a month ago
