What is the best one

What is the best Pokémon to walk with since all the new Gen 4 came out.

I like to battle in gyms if this helps narrow down the best fighter or the one that I could get candy the quickest.

I’m walking with Togepi because Togekiss is last one I still need candy for out of the Gen 4 evolutions.
