Most reviewers are lazily rejecting nominations without even checking properly my nomination of a community hall was rejected and the reason was private property and welcome arch for a colony was rejected the reason was not permanent and private property does these reviewers even had one cell Brain

A local restaurant which is right beside road with a clear picture showing a pavement with good accessibility was rejected because it’s not accessible and private property 
Is a local restaurant eligible though? I have not done reviewing in a while so maybe they changed the rules but I would be surprised if this is considered an eligible Wayspot to be honest.
Yes, local restaurants are 100% eligible under the “socialization” and “exploration” criteria, but reviewers are notoriously lazy and often reject them as generic businesses anyway. To show you how bad the senseless rejections really are, I even had a community hall rejected. Community halls are literally explicitly listed by Niantic as ideal, slam-dunk Wayspots for community gathering. If reviewers are rejecting clear-cut community centers, it proves they aren’t even reading the submissions or the rules.
The only thing left is to make an appeal on Scopely Wayfarer website. I also had local restaurant rejected, and when I appealed, it got accepted immediately.
