Transfering Event Pokemon

Ever since the recent Pokemon Day event at the end of Feb, I have been trying to delete my event Pikachus because I have almost 100 of the damn things, but I’m still getting the message that I can’t select event Pokemon when I try to transfer.

I’m new to this so I’m just asking if anyone knows anything about this or if anyone else is having this issue…
i understood the reason for it during the event, but its been 3 weeks and i have no room in my bag!

You have to transfer them individually, selecting them in the box wont work (instead just open the Pikachu, tap the little icon in the corner and select transfer, it will ask you like twice if you really want that)
