Trading - New Comer Question

Can you only trade with people you are next to? Even if you guys are best friends (4 hearts)?

Yes you can only trade when you are next to someone as soon as you become good friends but the higher your friendship level the less dust it will cost to trade you can battle anyone when you’re next to them but if your Ultra friends 3 Full Hearts you can battle them from anywhere hope this helps

You need to be less than 100 meters apart.

I prefer standing next to the person I trade with. That talks a lot easier.
