They have removed tags :(
I hope this is just a glitch for you!
I see that it’s not on the green menu screen anymore but I can still see my tags on the far left tab of the Pokemon menu.
It’s back now

For whatever it’s worth, a couple of times since Easter, the game has forgotten the SOCIAL tab, making the weekly challenge inaccessible for checking status or inviting more players to join. Both times this happened, a restart of the phone fixed the problem.
Go Pass is still on June. 
Will Go Fest Global’s calendar be stuck in June, too?
Could it be a speed thing? The game thinking you’re going too fast and stopping you from catching anything? That’s very annoying.
