Good thing I did the Raid as I didn’t play enough to complete the task lines to get it.
I’m playing less and less as the months roll on.
Replacing Spotlight Hour with Showcase Tuesday removes the hour of 2x transfer candy that we got almost monthly. Did that shift to some other recurring event? Or is it just gone?
I think they read the statistics and try to find ways to get them better.
Very funny these Social Challenges… Catch 500 Pokémon. And one hour later the thing is done, the other participants have caught 30 (one not even one), but all got their gifts.
At least they could repart the gifts by percentage of participation in the result.

So big-city trainers can sponsor trainers from places with no spawns … an informal PoGO welfare program. Whereas spotlight hour didn’t reward player interaction, the social challenges do reflect the original social emphasis.
I WAS all psyched to get a hundo Groudon in my last raid, until I noticed – A new cost of playing that we didn’t have before … I’m just sorry I missed the “link charge” announcement before getting more remote passes… I would have decided that this was the time for me to go. Now I’ve got a bunch of coins and passes to burn before going. Might as well enjoy a farewell tour of sorts.
For Groudon? I did not know that either. That would be a horrific change.
I don’t know anywhere that is requiring the use of link charges, yet. I noticed them for sale on the web store and looked them up. I haven’t seen any announcements about them; but there are many announcements that don’t affect my game, so I don’t spend the time needed to read every announcement, so I could have missed it. But if they’re in the store already, they’re more than just proposed or under consideration, yes?
I remember that during Kalos Tour they were introduced as a substitute for Raid Passes for Mega Raids, and remote raiding cost both a Raid Pass and Link Charges. I was not aware however that they are now required for Legendary Raids, I thought it was only Megas. I really hope that was not intended by them…
I think they are stated for use on mega raids and super-mega raids, whatever that means.
I have made two Groudon raids 12 hours ago, and no charges.
But they were both presential, so maybe don’t enter in this charges.
Groudon is neither mega-raid, nor super-mega raid. Those are what the link charges are supposedly used for.

I can’t even complete all the community ambassador event researches because they give link charges, and I have too many link charges that it doesn’t allow me to get more.
While I’ve been off work after having a skin cancer cut out of my arm I’ve been walking some Routes near home and dropping the Daily Nonsense on 2x accounts.
Not that I’ll have any chance to catch it. I’m yet to see any G-Birds. Are they still in the Game?

I hope it has gone the same way like myone. One year ago I had it in my right arm, one week after taking a look my doctor it was out of the way.
And now the only thing you can see is the cut.
Normally these things in the outer part are much lesser dangerous than in inner organs.

Yes, everything is ok. It has been caught and cut out in time. Not a melanoma but next nasty down from that one.
I had full body skin check last year that was all clear. Went to get something I was concerned about checked that turned out to be nothing. Dr said this other one though is suspect and needs to come out.
