Was there a leak? I know Niantic posted on Instagram with gen 4 starters and celebi etc

Thats the leak but here is my opinion : Pokemon go did the same thing on their first birthday and posted shiny charizard on it. Everyone was hyped. And look how long we had to wait to get it (8 months)
