Blue should be forced to change or make a 4th team. I am sure most Mystic trainers love and curse the fact their team is so big.
Valor and Mystic are nearly equal just mystic has a few more million. Most Mystic Players from the start quit, alot of Valor quit, but sone Instinct people stayed.

I genuinely hope there is no team change option. As much as being on a bad team is annoying, Niantic should do more to help keep gyms moving rather than letting people undo their progress. Maybe like in ingress changing teams resets progress to level 1.

Why? Moltres is the best fire type and zapdos is the second best electric type
