There hasn’t been a psuedo-Legendary that wasn’t a Dragon-type since Gen 3, although I certainly would love to see that change. Hell, I’d be down with two psuedos. We haven’t had that since Gen 3 as well.

The bad guys are called Team Yell.
There’s a new Pokemon shown called Morpeko which has two forms. Looks a lot like a Pikachu. Pics as I get them.

I wondered that too, but then I read the info on it and it says that the Obstagoon evolution is a result of it’s rough Galar environment … so I’m thinking no.
