Quick question:
During community day evolved pokemons got special move.
Does this actually work ONLY for evolving?
I mean - what about New Attack or using Charged TM item?
I have Torterra 15-15-15 and it would be nice to keep him…

You can only get the special move on a new evolution, unfortunately TMs do not work

The best I did today was 15-13-13… 
So my old buddy still holds the fort - although only with Solar Beam… oh well…
I had an old Turtwig with 15-14-14, so I gave him double evolution today, so he has now frenzy plant.
