I do not Throw a Nice ball very often but Great counts as Nice either and so does Excellent.
Nice throws are easy

I don’t understand why we have to run to the end of this game. If we ask Niantic to hurry to send us the next generation, or the next quest… much faster we will have everything, and then?

I know, i’m not ever in a rush. For example, I played Mew at my own speed, and only had to wait a few weeks for Celebi. If you complete the dex fully, what is there to do? 
Sleep and do Professor stuff🤷🏾♂️
