Are people interested in special backgrounds as a remote trade option? Especially CD ones.
I don’t collect them so just not sure if others are interested or not. I suspect shiny backgrounds are sought after so will keep them as trade options.
Is there anything in particular that you want? I had checked your list before that you posted earlier here but I don’t have any of those pokemon.
I’ve added the ones I have for trade, if there’s anything there appealing, let me know! 
I think my priorities for trading are costume pokemon (I love these!) and shinies, regionals…
The thing is… I think I’d always prefer to find my favourite shinies (for favourite pokemon) in the wild rather than through trading. I also think this is a bit silly! I’m a bit on the fence here, because there’s so many to collect out there (and also evolutions…) and I love the concept of trading pokemon, so…
(I don’t think the odds of me having anything that you guys don’t have are very good, since I’ve only started playing more frequently since 2024, but we never know between costume pokemon, random shinies…)

Ah! I was very lucky with that one, I keep forgetting I have 2 . I’m missing shiny galarian zapdos, do you by any chance have an extra for that one?

Yes, I was very lucky! 
I can go months without seeing anything and I’ve had normal galarian moltres and zapdos running away from me twice… only to find a second shiny articuno recently. I think it was around the time most of the legendaries were spawning on the map, if I’m not mistaken.
I’m still missing Moltres to complete the trio, hopefully one day it will happen.
And can you believe on the same day I caught the 2nd shiny articuno, I saw Zapdos on the map, but I couldn’t get to it because there was an exeggcute on the way. I tried catching the eggs to get them out of there, but when I went for the bird, it was gone…
I will never know if that was my missing shiny or not…

Oh, I misread your post then, I thought you said you only missed Zapdos. I did have a duplicate Shiny Galarian Moltres but it’s been traded away recently. Perhaps I find it again before we are Forever Friends though… 
no, no you got it right, I overcomplicated things.
As it stands, I have:
Shiny galarian Moltres
Shiny galarian articuno (2x)
and I’m missing shiny galarian Zapdos (I want this one badly)
For normal versions of galarian birds I’m missing galarian Moltres.

Oh wow, that’s awesome!
I only have 1 regular Galarian Moltres. I don’t use daily incense very often, and when I do, I never see Galarian birds, only regular spawns.
When we’re lucky friends, maybe mirror trade some shiny legendary?
Necrozma is top of my list for that

I am willing to do this. I have a few Shiny Necrozma, so I can reserve one for you for sure!
Yeah, I get that. The way it happens for me is I go many months without seeing anything and then 2 will pop in short sucession, and then be gone again. I think consistency in using daily incense definitely helps, but I only get really happy if it’s a shiny, as the catch is guaranteed. Other than that, I don’t get my hopes up.
So, I’d prefer to only trade my shiny galarian articuno for the shining galarian zapdos that I’m missing, since it’s the only legendary I’ve got that’s appealing to trade. (Other than that, for legendaries I’ve got an extra Cresselia and Terrakion, I believe.)
Unless you’ve another shiny legendary that I may be tempted by… 
Anything else you may want or do you rather wait?
