Simple thought, create region specific lures. Also create a day pass that allows a percentage of spawns to be from a region of choice. Long time players can fill dex, new players can have a chance. Leave a yes as a comment if you like this idea. Let’s make it happen.

Good in concept but Niantic tend to use these Pokémon as a way to make $$$ so it wouldn’t be free.

probably 1 per adventure box for 1480 coins. Which is a fair price, as long as it doesn’t impact the rest of the contents of the box in a negative way.
