[Q&A] How many/which Perfect Pokémon do you have?

Dragonite and Garchomp are top tier attackers for Raids and Gym busting.
MegaChomp is excellent with either Dragon or Earth moves.
I use all 3 often when the Raid rotation suits which one is required.
It all comes down to Use v Trophy.

I don’t usually take part in raids, only tier 1 if I’m nearby (I exhausted remote passes before realizing niantic had ruined them…) and tier 3 I cannot do alone and have no interest in meeting up with other people for raids (I’d like to try one again against a pokemon that I actually have an excellent combination for, but still!). Gyms I’m good with the current pokemon I have, too, so at least I’ll have Garchomp as a powerhouse against either activities if I want, with no pressing need to evolve dragonair.

I don’t have either in my pokedex, so my priority will be to get a Garchomp first, as I want its skill/usefulness. It’s cool and all, but it’s not really a pokemon I’m emotional attached to, like dragonair. I think I want to keep that as is for my collection (if only they’d put dratini back in the egg pool…), at least for now!

GoPlus picked this up at work.

Not the most meta-relevant hundo, but unusual enough to be interesting…

And here my newest…

Ooo, the 16.100.15.15.15.female is my favorite! (Nice whatever it is…)

I didn’t get a shiny Oranguru on research day, but I secured this beauty instead! I’m very happy about it, as I didn’t even see that many in total!

Total perfect pokemon: 4!

Randomly encountered during the event by little sister. Neither of mine saw it.

This is exactly why I’ll never get tired of Research Days. Still challenging, but far more rewarding than any other event minus ticket exclusive ones. Two Hundo monkeys, one even a Shundo which actually marks my third Shundo this year - surprisingly, because I spent YEARS without having even one - so I can definitely say this event was worth my time!

Nice monkeys. :+1: I like my sister’s new puppy, too.

Ah, that’s so nice! Did she catch it as a growlithe and evolved it or was it that majestic beast already?

My main and alt got hundo Growlithe a couple of years ago. Sis got the fully evolved beast. The dear dingbat has been on a roll lately.

that’s awesome!

100% have been a little lean over last 2 weeks. Every time I have a look it’s the same old stuff I already have or if it’s something I need it seems to be 5-10min out of range to get there.
Big disappointed I was only able to get one Hat when I need three.
Didn’t get the pic before I evolved Spritzee.

This was the most unexpected perfect pokemon! :grinning:

It was also the first garden one I get, and for a pattern I’m really looking forward to, so triple the luck.

total perfect pokemon: 5!

I wish… I had to look it up, honestly. My total is at a modest 5 right now.

120 hundos would be pretty epic!

It is pretty epic. Just occasional dabbling in the game will make that goal difficult. But play regularly for more than 6 years, and you’ll probably exceed that.
