Back when Wailmer had it’s shiny form released, I wasn’t even aware of it. It took me about 20 tries.
Now if Pokemon Go senses that I want a shiny…my odds go to the depths of earth.

But I gave my friend my pkmn trainer account so he could play (I use my google account) , and he got 3 SHINY LUGIAS… and a shiny Bulbasaur- that still counts as my account, right?

Assuming that’s for the Lugias, yeah- 89, 84, 80
My Lugia is 93% and my dusclops is 91%
just a shiny bulbasaur that i evolved from the last community day…
Got this as a field quest reward. Looks like a shiny Flaaffy but no stars, Ampharos evolve looks normal and doing a “shiny” search will not show include this pokemon. Afraid to evolve for fear the shiny color will not transfer.
Unfortunately that’s not a shiny, shiny flaafy has a green tail not a blue one.
ugh, I feared as much. Oh well. Thanks. I was hoping I would finally get a half way decent shiny pokemon.

No wonder I couldn’t get a Shiny Wailmer from 100’s, Vineel got em all 
From everything i have seen on GO hub, this is, almost, impossible
I dont even have a Wailord
