Purple Vaporeon, what's is that?

Hello guys,

What this shining and starts means in this purple Vaporeon?
I can see it’s kind diff. but no idea what’s the diff between this and the blue (just the gender and color and that’s that?).

This is called a “Shiny”. They usually are very rare and have a certain color different from the normal Pokémon, such as the normal blue Vaporeon and the shiny pink one.
The three little stars are an additional indicator that it is a shiny, because not all color differences are as obvious as this (e.g. a shiny Pikachu only looks a bit darker)

Also it doesnt offer any different stats, just the color and “rarity”
