Probably random when you think about it, i can’t answer this. I wasn’t even hunting for spinda. Was surprised when i saw it pop up.

Yes. My bar is like a Spinda Lure.

Not positive, but I think the new spinda is the “reward” Pokémon for the task make a great curveball throw
