I did have a pretty good week with Shinies though:
I actually haven’t had a Shiny Elekid in 6 (!) years. I bred my first one in November 2018, which I evolved into Electivire because back then there was absolutely no reason to expect Niantic would put the evolves Shiny in the wild. And… then Electabuzz got a Community Day. Thankfully I now, 6 years and a month later, have the Elekid back again at least 
And also myself with a Party Hat!
This was the best shiny that I got out of community day and evolved it all the way into this pretty thing. I got 4 in total, so I managed the whole family. I like this shiny, it’s very subtle, especially Sprigatito with the eyes, and I like the purple.
This was a surprise, not only because it’s a shiny but because I thought I could only get it in costume by doing raids, but fortunately it was an event pokestop research.
I like the pink version!
