Clue explanations:
Raft and “Kon” are references to the Moai (easter island heads) of Rapa Nui on which Nose and Probopass are based. Thor Heyerdahl famously sailed a balsa wood raft - called Kon-Tiki - from Chile to Easter Island to prove his theory that the people were of South American descent.
Moai 
were placed on the shoreline (looking inland) and were the first thing you would see from your raft
Probopass’ ‘hat’ is actually a representation of a topknot of hair.
Parasol - moai are common designs for tiki mugs - usually used to serve faux-tropical cocktails which are often decorated with a tiny paper umbrella.
Woody and Buzz’s friend from Toy Story is Mr. Potatohead - he looks like Probopass (especially the moustache)
Evolution made it drunk … ie. ‘legless’ - when Nosepass evolves it loses its legs.
