Pokémon GO leaks & spoilers

Hi all, this thread will be the new thread dedicated to leaks and spoilers. If you do not want to know any leaks or spoilers from upcoming Pokémon GO events and features, please mute this topic (bottom topic —> click button ‘normal’ —> select ‘muted’).

Reminder to take every leak with a grain of salt until confirmed/deconfirmed.

Morningstar has returned with new Pokémon GO leaks for the upcoming Season. All their previous leaks have been correct, but so far they have missed details so it seems likely this is not the full list for the upcoming Season either. Click on ‘Summary’ for the leak.

I figured out what the Ultra Unlock event “A ??? Adventure” is…

Summary

The quest lets you choose a Paldea starter.

This however leaves my puzzled on the five Shiny-eligible one-star Raids and the new Shiny release. Shiny Unown ? maybe? Or Shiny Carbink? But what would the relationship between those and the event be? The four new Pokémon from the second Ultra Unlock event should be Paldean Pokémon, then.

The new Season should be called ‘Adventures Abound’.

More stuff found in the game’s code.

WOW !!

Is this for real ??

Palafin-Hero forme is more or less on similar lines as that of Ash-Greninja !!

And this is of Ash-Greninja :

It will good for people who like to do raids !!

He will might receive similar treatment as that to Furfrou or Oricorio, with later being most probable according to me.

Both are in the game’s data. This does not necessarily mean they will release any time soon, but given next Season is apparently Paldea Season it seems likely they are coming. I do not know if Squakabilly is part of the four types, though. I know it is a Flying type but we might see a different Flying type. Maybe four Paradox formes?

There is also this one, by the way.

I guess this one is probably going to release in the ‘A Paldean Adventure’ event. I could be mistaken, however.

Squakabiliy seems more appropriate to me, as Niantic usually don’t releases very good Pokemon early on from the new region, especially if they had planned to bring Paldea in next season.

If they will arrive in GO Fest, it means Niantic wants to make this GO Fest the best that they can do; they released, Mega Rayquaza, Diancie and her Mega, brought back Primal Raids, and also provided Signature move to both Xerneas and Yveltal…
:joy:

But who knows, they actually want to bring them !!

Hopefully this is true, because I am so excited if it is. Palafin has grown on me. I love the design and concept. I always love seeing new Pokémon get introduced!!

Agreed, as well as Solrock and Grovyle. Even with this data, we still have no idea when Squakabilly will release, or even get scratched completely. It could also be a problem with feedback. Since these will most likely be treated like Furfrou, Oricoro, Grovyle, and Solrock, like @Jormdeworm said, we don’t know if the Pokémon Go community will respond well to these additions. Squakabilly is a great Pokémon, don’t get me wrong, but many Pokémon Go players are more interested in some of the more “cool” Paldea Pokémon, if you will.

Hi there and welcome to the forum!

Palafin has been found in the game’s code, this does however not mean it is planned to release soon. Chances are high, though. I just Googled what it looks like, and it’s really cool! Hope they do release it next Season.

I am usually interested in unusual typing, and there few good Pokemon in Paldea in which I am really interested. They are :

Ceruledge ( Fire/Ghost )
Grafaiai ( Poison/Normal )
Espathra ( only if he receives Lumina Crash ! )
Tinkaton ( Fairy/Steel )
Revavroom( Steel/Poison )
Annhilape ( Ghost/Fighting )
Kingambit
Iron Valiant

I am not much hyped with Paradox formes, but those Pokemon who bear Japanese style names, like Ting-Lu, Wo-Chien, etc… are in my radar, as they are bulky, hence very good for PvP !!

Palafin will probably be slightly better since pokemon go stat calculations work better on specialised pokemon iirc.
But it will last longer in battle than Ash-greninja

Yes.

I also expect the same, as Palafin is more bulky. Plus I don’t want from Niantic that they introduce Ash-Greninja in Pokemon GO, as he is only exclusive to Ash, we can’t even obtain it in MSG as well, and the only way to obtain it is to play the demo version of S/M

Similar to Ash Greninja, Floette-Eternal Flower is also unobtainable, so she should also not be introduced in this Game…

Niantic is going to introduce Paldea, but Paldea has many weird mechanism of evolving Pokemon, and it will be interesting to see how it pans out in Pokemon GO.

Finizen evolves into Palafin at lv. 38 in Union Cave, in presence of another player there.

Even Niantic themselves leaked Grubbin Community Day now. Oddish Research Day, Psychic Spectacular and Azurill Hatch Day have been confirmed too. So the leaks were true, again. Except for the fact that Azurill’s Hatch Day is actually taking place in September, not in October.

So according to you, will Niantic remove the requirements of Pokestop and Magnetic Lure for Vikavolt CD ?

I don’t have any Pokestops, so it will be quite tough to finish the CD successfully…

Knowing Niantic, I think they’ll just give a free Lure Module and call it a day :grimacing:

@DeltaEmerald

According to datamines it looks like:

Baxcalibur will learn

  • Dragon Breath, Ice Fang
  • Dragon Claw, Avalanche, Outrage, Blizzard

Quaquaval will learn

  • Water Gun, Wing Attack
  • Aqua Jet, Aerial Ace, Liquidation, Close Combat

Are there others you want to know? I would have provided them had I known all of their names.

I want to know Skeledirge…

I guess he might get Astonish or Incinerate, but let’s see what your report brings out !!

Skeledirge…

  • Incinerate, Bite
  • Flamethrower, Discharming Voice, Crunch, Shadow Ball

Anything else you want to know? I can easily look them up in the data, but I don’t know what all their names are
