2 weeks ago i got an pokemon go update. since than i cant log into my account, after the loading screen the game is freezing. cant be my phone cuz i can log into the account of my gf without problems. can any1 help me pls
Sounds like some sort of conflict has been created with your devices operating system and the game software update.
My only recommendation is to.
Shut down & reboot PoGo app.
If that don’t work.
Shut down your device and restart it.
If no luck with either of those, then.
Delete PoGo app from you device.
Check for any and install any system updates on device.
Check for and update all other apps.
Lastly reinstall PoGo app and hopefully all is working again.
If all those fail I’d be looking at your devices specs to check if it’s still compatible to run the game.
It almost sounds like one of those weird bans. If you happened to get a recent warning related to something about terms and conditions, that might be worth a check
The other thing I didn’t think of the other day was have you given your login/acct to one of those 3rd party get cheap coins services?
There’s plenty of horror stories about people doing that and then not being able to get into their acct again.
No i did not do that but i found out something new, maybe u guys know something about that
If i Delete the Data and Cache from the App i can login. But I can only Catch Pokemon and go into my Inventory. As soon as I try to click on my Profile or my Quest Log the Game crashes and I have to reset the Data and Cache from the App again.
I have figured out that I have a Gerantinamask on my Character that I’ve never put on myself. Also my Friends have tried to Send me some Gifts but as soon as they try to enter my Profile there Game also crashes.
I can also enter the Shop and click on everything. But I can’t enter the Outfit Shop ( it crashes when i click on it)
Also everything that has to do with my Character like fighting and raiding crashes my Game.
I believe that it has to do something with that Gerantina Mask that I never put on myself.
Wow, that’s an interesting discovery. I haven’t herd of this problem until now.
Unfortunately it looks like you need Nianshits help to resolve it and we’ve all heard how helpful they are in 99% of cases.
