I’m part of a group in my town & one particular trainer normally gets a shiny each time they are released within the first couple of days (he’s over 110,000 catches though). It took me over 1,100 Aron caches to get my first (and only) shiny Aaron & over 1,000 Swablu catches with no shiny yet.
It’s random not guaranteed. Keep grinding & you’ll get some.
Or maybe build friendships & trade for some.
This luck this is bs. They need to make the game more fair. They don’t know Canada, Australia etc exist. It’s all japan and USA.
