Unless they changed that from Sandshrew, I don’t think so. I’ve only seen three new quests so far:
Hatch 2 Eggs (Nosepass)
Evolve 3 Wurmple (Trapinch)
Catch 10 Zigzagoon or Taillow (1000 Stardust).
Yes, these are the new quests.
