New Gym Warning?

I haven’t placed my Pokemon in a gym for about a week now. This morning, I went to do so. I usually automatically click “ok” because I’m familiar with the warning message. However, this morning, I was so quick to do so, I hit “Ok” before realizing that the message seemed longer and formatted differently. Has the message changed? Can anyone tell me or show me a screen cap of what the new message is? I know there was something released 6 days ago regarding a possible Class Action Lawsuit for Gyms/Pokestops, but not sure if it’s related.

You had the Mon in a party
Be sure to NOT select that party for any raid or else you will get errored out, change the Monj for something else first
