This is a lesser known measure against Spoofers. It is a temporary ban on your account, that can last up to a month before you can log in again.

Do you know how long it usaually lasts? And if you keep everything?

You keep all your stuff afterwards, but the timing is completely random. Could be 2 Days, or 4 Weeks before you can play again.
