Need help with baby pokemon

Anybody have any hints on how to get baby Pokémon without 2km eggs. They’re harder to get than all legendary Pokémon I reckon

I hatch baby Pokemon all the time from eggs. Not all come from 2km eggs. Some are in 5 km eggs.
