I received a lucky Zapdos from my friend, and it has the fast move thundershock from the special zapdos day event. Except its stats are 11/11/11. Is this worth boosting when I’m going to be getting raikou this month?

I agree with @Necrozmadabest! Raikou technically has better stats for electric type plus 11/11/11 isn’t fantastic. It’s cool that it’s lucky but you could use your stardust on a mon with better stats.
