I believe Niantic are well aware of this person as they posted something on Twitter quite awhile ago using a similar pic. I didnāt see it myself as I donāt do Twitter or FarceBook for that matter but do remember it being a hot discussion topic that Niantic really donāt care about multiple accounts.
