I just reached the point (set after a month of playing) that I wanted to reach in one year of playing. But I reached it earlier, after 10 months and 7 days.

If I there is an event (other than the CD) with 2x or 3x (catch) XP I might do it. And I have to be able to attend the event. 37 I will reach, that is without a doubt.
Sounds like you’re close to reaching level 37. Expecting to complete all of level 37 in 3 weeks may be a tad aggressive; but you’re almost guaranteed to get further by trying to reach that than by not trying.
