My alt acct was one chosen to test the bonus egg space; not using it, yet.
Today’s community day has been pretty fun so far, quite liberal with the shinies (but STILL no shiny Gastly for me on either acct! Maybe I’ll never have a shiny Gengar… 
).
What seems downright surreal is how Abra seems more inclined NOT to flee after it breaks free from a Pokéball that hit it. I think I’ve had more Abra break free and not flee just in the past 2 hours than I’ve ever seen, totaled from the first Abra I saw in the game (which was also the first Abra I saw flee…)
Just barely before the end of day 1 I snagged a shiny Gastly on both accts. 
My dad has tested positive for covid-19 and now we all must stay at home in isolation for 2 weeks. This changes everything. A lot of the things that I’ve planned can’t happen now. I would ask all the people from my friends list to send me gifts every day so that I can at least play Pokemon GO at home. I won’t be able to send you gifts, my buddy doesn’t bring many gifts and I don’t live on a Poke stop or Gym. I will be accepting remote raid invitations whenever I can (I will have to buy some remote raid passes). Now I don’t know if I’ll be able to hit level 41 before New Year. But on the positive side, I’ll have more time to hang out with all of you here.

We got snow on Wednesday so I didn’t leave the house for 36 hours and that sucked. Can’t imagine doing 2 weeks.

Quarantaine sucks, but you got to do what you got to do… I’ve been infected twice now.
And it’s a nasty virus. I’m still not fully recovered.

I’ve got mixed feelings on seeing that report. I’m glad that you’re recovered at all and pray for your full recovery. 
But how many vaccinations will be required to achieve effective immunity?
Quarantine could be more tolerable with lots of PoGo. But I’ve not yet been successful buying Google Play cards online.
